1). You cannot purchase ZerpCraft land with an expectation of any future return. It might happen, it might not. I have no idea. ZerpCraft nor the Elite Realism team can guarantee any resale value to the land after it is sold. I’m legally required to tell you this. Or at the very least I’ve been conditioned by Twitter “Not Financial Advice” to tell you.
2). You are buying an XLS-19 NFT. These NFTs are not able to be traded or resold. I REPEAT, YOU CANNOT SELL XLS-19 NFTs. Market liquidity will only be available when ZerpCraft migrates over to XLS-20d. Players will need to complete a migration process. Read the whitepaper if you want a full breakdown of the pros/cons of XLS-19 versus XLS-20d.
3). You (the player) and me (the server) are still subject to Microsoft’s EULA. Owning a ZerpCraft NFT doesn’t mean you can break the rules, host illicit imagery, or be a toxic community member. You can still be banned even if you own an NFT. Your build can be wiped if it breaks Microsoft’s EULA. ZerpCraft is committed to being a good steward to the server. You should be committed to the same as a player if you are buying ZerpCraft NFTs.
That’s it. Go buy your land and build!
